At Little Egg, we are committed to sourcing our ingredients responsibly, prioritizing local and sustainable growers for our eggs, produce, meat, grains, and beverages. Sometimes we grow our own. Attempting to source equitably and sustainably for a restaurant is full of complexities, and we don't have the perfect answer for every sourcing question that we face, but we have developed a community of like-minded growers and producers over 15 years and continue to work to improve our own sourcing and the available choices in the food system as a whole. We want to continue to demonstrate that the best local and sustainable ingredients can and should be a part of an everyday breakfast, not just a special occasion meal.
