Our eggs are laid by free-roaming hens. We buy everything we can from local or artisanal producers. Sometimes we grow our own.
We soft-scramble our eggs, which we source carefully from a local farm. But we're required to let you know that consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, eggs or unpasteurized milk may increase your risk of foodborne illness. If you'd like your eggs cooked hard, please let us know.
