That approach is now called the farm-to-table movement and its widespread adoption means more and more people are being thoughtful about food's place in our individual and collective quality of life.

 

Source from conscientious vendors, grow your own produce, use honest cooking techniques, and treat your customers and staff like family. Our organic farm, open-recipe book policy, essays, and community events are the foundation of our food.

From our "Tables of Contents" events that join author readings with multi-course meals to edible book club events like our To Kill a Mockingbird-themed dinner, we love bringing people, food and literature together.
